PictureXchange v1.1 - Windows bitmap converter

To install, run SETUP.EXE.

All program files will be installed in the directory you specify, EXCEPT for:

CMDIALOG.VBX - Windows common dialog control - copied to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM if
   none is present or if an older version is found.
VBRUN300.DLL - Visual Basic 3.0 runtime - copied to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM only if
   none is present.
   
No registry or other settings will be affected during installation.
